Perfect for businesses, organizations, or clubs, our pottery painting sessions offer a relaxed and fun atmosphere where everyone can unwind, connect, and get creative. 🎨 What’s Included: A guided pottery painting experience All painting materials, glazing, and kiln firing Studio fee + pottery piece (up to $20 value, based on selected package) A 2-hour session designed for connection and creativity A designated catering table for any food and drinks you’d like to bring 💵 Cost: Packages start at $20 per participant, including the studio fee and pottery piece (pricing varies based on pottery selection and group size). Cancellation Policy
Birthday Party Policy – The Color Wheel Thank you for choosing The Color Wheel to celebrate your special day! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our party policy below: 🎉 Booking & Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. This deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a rescheduled party if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. 🕑 Party Duration: All parties are scheduled for 2 hours. This includes time for painting, food, and any additional activities or add-ons you’ve selected. Additional time may be available upon request and subject to availability. ⏰ Late Arrivals: We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. Please note that we are not responsible for you or your guests arriving late, and parties will still end at the originally scheduled time. 🎨 Party Details: All materials for pottery painting are included. You are welcome to bring finger foods and drinks — a table will be provided. Optional add-ons are available (goodie bags, cupcakes, aprons – see pricing below). 🧁 Add-On Options: Goodie Bags – $6.00 each Decorate-Your-Own Cupcakes – $28.00 per dozen Take-Home Aprons – $10.00 each 🗓️ Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule your party, please contact us at least 48 hours before your event, and we’ll gladly move your deposit to a new date. We look forward to celebrating with you!
